Cupping

 Cupping is a way of tasting coffee.

In the roastery, we regularly organize them for groups of about 10 people with an explanation from our experts.

Basic information:

• Validity: the voucher is valid one year from purchase.
• We are continuously adding dates on the course and cupping reservation page
• Reservations also at any time by email: tereza@dos-mundos.cz or by phone at 731 785 994
• After receiving the payment, we will send you an electronic gift voucher by email with a numeric code with which you can make a reservation. Reservations can be made without an electronic voucher to the order number.
• Length: 1 to 1.5 hours
• Where: Korunní 31 - in our roastery
• Number of participants in each cupping: approx. 10
• Price: 300 CZK / person
• Vouchers are also available physically in the roastery. When picking up in the roastery, no reservation via the e-shop is required.

What you will learn, taste and try yourself:

• Tasting about ten different coffees
• Recognition of aromas and tastes in coffee using the Olfactorium system
• Expert interpretation and explanation of forms for recording cupping results

Conditions for the voucher:

1. The voucher must be redeemed by the date of validity indicated on the voucher. After the expiration of the validity period, the voucher is forfeited without the possibility of compensation.
2. The voucher can be used only once.
3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money, nor will we refund the money.
4. Book an appointment via the contact form
5. The reservation of the course date must be made no later than 30 days before the expiry of the course.
6. In case of cancellation of the course date, registered participants are entitled to a free change of reservation, resp. for financial compensation in the full amount of the voucher price.
7. If the registered participants cancel the reservation of a place on the course, the following cancellation conditions apply:

a) in case of cancellation 6 or more days before the start of the course - the possibility of free change of the reservation date
b) in case of cancellation 5-3 days before the start of the course - the possibility of changing the reservation date with a fee of 40% of the course price
c) in case of cancellation 2-1 day before the start of the course - the possibility of changing the reservation date with a fee of 70% of the course price
d) in case of cancellation less than 24 hours. before the start of the course - change of the reservation reservation is impossible, the voucher is forfeited

General conditions

In case of unexpected cancellation of the course by the organizer, the registered participants are entitled to compensation. They can either use the option of free change of the reservation of the course date, or get back the paid course fee.
