SECTION 1 - What are we going to do with the information?
The seller is obliged to handle the personal data of buyers in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data.
When you purchase something from our store as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and telephone number. Hereinafter referred to as "personal data".
When browsing our store, we also automatically accept the IP address of your computer, which gives us information about your browser and operating system.
E-mail marketing: With your permission (your active checkbox for sending the newsletter) we can send you e-mails about our store, new products and other updates.
By sending the order, the buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller, for the purposes of exercising the rights and obligations of the purchase contract and for the purposes of maintaining a user account.
The seller may authorize a third party to process the buyer's personal data as a processor. These are transport companies
Personal data will be processed for a period of 10 years. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner.
The buyer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he was informed that this is a voluntary provision of personal data.

How do you receive my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, credit card verification, order goods, delivery facilities or return a purchase, you agree to our processing of this data for these purposes.
If we ask for personal information for another reason, such as marketing, we will require your explicit consent and will always give you the opportunity to say no.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.
SECTION 4 - Shopify
Our store is located at Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored using Shopify data storage, Shopify databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card information. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction purchase data is stored only for the time strictly necessary to complete the purchase transaction. Then your transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is the result of the joint efforts of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SECTION 5 - Third party services
In general, third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to provide the services they provide to us.
However, some third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies and we are required to provide them with the data necessary to complete your purchase.
We encourage these providers to read their privacy policies so that you know how your personal information will be processed by these providers.
Above all, keep in mind that some suppliers may be domiciled in a jurisdiction other than ours or yours. The buyer is obliged to immediately notify the provider of any changes in its identification, billing and contact details that could affect the performance of the purchase contract.

Our store can use Google Analytics, which helps us find out who visits our site and which pages are viewed.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable steps and follow industry best practices to ensure that your personal information is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
