The Da Silva family is dedicated to sustainable agriculture and always pays attention to the protection of the environment.
For Cleverson and his brother Eduardo, development is a constant goal. They are gradually expanding their farm, experimenting with new methods of fermentation and coffee processing and perfecting the taste of their coffees. Cleverson says: "Having partners in Europe is very important for us because it allows many people to appreciate our work and passion for coffee. We thank everyone who enjoys our coffees and you can be sure that we are working hard to improve every day the quality of our coffee."
A velvety coffee with a main note of chocolate fondant, complemented by sweet blackberries, warm maple syrup and subtle nutty elements for a distinctive and delicious taste experience.
