Have you always wondered how professional baristas can use milk froth on your cappuccino to make all those hearts and rosettes? Don't know how to whip milk properly at home and create microfoam? In that case, this course is exactly for you!

Basic information:

Difficulty: For beginners and intermediate. The course is individually tailored to the skill level of the participant.

Course length: 1,5 to 2 hours

Number of participants: maximum 2 (price per person)

Course content:

• Learn how to choose the right milk for latte or cappuccino.
• You will learn to recognize the correct milk temperature when whipping.
• For the course we will use the SanRemo Zoe coffee machine.
• You can try painting with milk foam in coffee.

Payment for the course must be made in advance, ie by transfer to an account or via GoPay.

Basic information about the voucher:

1. DATE: the voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase
2. Reservations on the website www.dos-mundos.cz. We add dates on an ongoing basis.
3. Reservations also at any time by email: katerina@dos-mundos.cz or by phone at 606 738 773.
4. After receiving the payment, we will send you an email voucher with a numeric code with which you can make a reservation. If you do not need a gift voucher, it is possible to book an appointment without it.

Conditions for the voucher:

1. The voucher must be redeemed by the date of validity indicated on the voucher. After the expiration of the validity period, the voucher is forfeited without the possibility of compensation.
2. The voucher can be used only once.
3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money, nor will we refund the money.
4. The reservation of the course date can be made in the following ways:

a) online on the website: www.dos-mundos.cz
b) electronically at the email address: katerina@dos-mundos.cz
c) by telephone at the telephone number: 606 738 773

5. The reservation of the course date must be made no later than 30 days before the expiry of the course.
6. In case of cancellation of the course date, registered participants are entitled to a free change of reservation, resp. for financial compensation in the full amount of the voucher price.
7. If the registered participants cancel the reservation of a place on the course, the following cancellation conditions apply:

a) in case of cancellation 6 or more days before the start of the course - the possibility of free change of the reservation date
b) in case of cancellation 5-3 days before the start of the course - the possibility of changing the reservation date with a fee of 40% of the course price
c) in case of cancellation 2-1 day before the start of the course - the possibility of changing the reservation date with a fee of 70% of the course price
d) in case of cancellation less than 24 hours. before the start of the course - change of the reservation reservation is impossible, the voucher is forfeited

General conditions

In case of unexpected cancellation of the course by the organizer, the registered participants are entitled to compensation. They can either use the option of free change of the reservation of the course date, or get back the paid course fee.

If the registered participants cancel the reservation of the course date, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• If the reservation is canceled 6 or more days before the start of the course - the possibility of a free change of the reservation date, or full refund.
• If the reservation is canceled 5-3 days before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 40% of the course price.
• If the reservation is canceled 2-1 day before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 70% of the price.
• If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price.
