Today, Shanti Valley is led by the fourth generation of the Shashidhar family, who continue to manage the land with respect for both nature and tradition. The farm is a thriving ecosystem — alongside coffee, over 20 species of fruit and medicinal plants grow here, providing shelter for dozens of bird, butterfly, and wildlife species.
Sustainability lies at the heart of the farm’s philosophy: rainwater harvesting, natural resources, and on-site organic fertilizers all play a role in protecting the soil, water, and biodiversity, ensuring the long-term vitality of the region and its coffee.
Only Arabica is cultivated here, shaded by native trees that create a natural microclimate and enhance flavor development. The cherries are hand-picked and naturally processed, allowing the coffee to retain its full-bodied sweetness and juicy character. In the cup, you’ll find notes of tarte tatin, dandelion syrup, and hazelnut — a flavor profile that beautifully captures the warmth and spirit of autumn.
