The Hardoor farm has been in the hands of the Gundugutti family for five generations. They do not consider themselves merely farmers, but rather guardians of the forest and nature. With this at heart, they approach their land and champion a philosophy of utmost care and respect. Thanks to this, they are not only an organically certified farm, but they also hold the Bird Friendly certification from the Smithsonian Institution.
Processing
Our lot was processed using the dry method, specifically with maximum respect for nature in mind. Although the entire process is simple, the regular turning of the beans, moisture measurement, and moving the cherries from warmer spots to more shaded ones was no accident. The result is not only the amazing taste of this coffee, but also its clarity and consistency.
