This coffee is processed using the classic Kenyan washed method, renowned for producing exceptionally clean cups with vibrant, sparkling acidity.

Everything begins with the careful hand-picking of only perfectly ripe, deep-red coffee cherries. The cherries are then mechanically depulped before undergoing a dry fermentation for 24–36 hours, depending on the ambient temperature and humidity. After fermentation, the coffee is thoroughly washed in clean water through grading channels, where the beans are also separated by density.

The coffee is then slowly dried on raised African beds under the sun for 2–3 weeks until the parchment reaches the ideal moisture content of 10–12%. Before export, the coffee is rested in protective GrainPro bags. It is then hulled, sorted by bean size, and finally hand-selected once more to ensure the lot meets the highest quality standards.
